There is a spacious living area equipped with a sofa with sleeping function, TV and WLAN as well as a dining area for 4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and friendly living atmosphere. A spacious, partially covered sun terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a small garden area invites you to relax at any time of day. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bedroom has all the technical appliances (Nespresso machine).
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an additional TV. An extra bed and, on request, a travel cot and high chair are also available free of charge. The windows are fitted with blackout blinds. The daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
