Unexpected things can happen. If we can re-rent the apartment with timely cancellation, there are no cancellation costs. If this is not the case: If cancelled up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, and in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 Fagg is not applicable. For all other details concerning bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments dated 15.11.2006 are agreed upon.
