The house is decorated with great attention to detail and has a modern look. As you enter, your eye is immediately drawn to the magnificent tall window in the living room, a feature from the time when this was a painter's studio and thus required excellent natural light. Outside, you have your own fenced terrace where you can sit comfortably.
Layout:
Entrance area, small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Living area with a TV featuring several German channels. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. An oven is also available.
On the 1st floor is the double bed. The bed is freshly made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
