The ground floor flat has a bedroom, bathroom, WC, a living and dining room with open-plan
kitchen and utility room, which opens onto a very spacious and pleasantly generous terrace with
table, several seating areas, lounge furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
The flat is situated above a small vineyard and offers a quiet alternative to the lively beach life in
summer. Walk 1.2 km to the beaches "Gigaro" and "Heraclee" and enjoy the restaurants and
beach bars overlooking the sea. From April to October you will also find a small supermarket
where you can buy everything for daily life.
Just a few minutes from picturesque Ramatuelle and fashionable Saint-Tropez, Gigaro beach is
set in unspoilt countryside opposite the Golden Isles and offers a truly dreamy seaside setting.
The beach borders the natural park "Cap Lardier" with fine sandy beaches, turquoise waters and
beautiful sunsets. Lovers of beautiful walks are attracted by the wild coastal path between Gigaro
and Cap Lardier, as well as hiking trails and mountain bike tours between vineyards and secluded
bays with wonderful views. A small paradise to feel good.
