Enjoy the warm climate of Mallorca in this unique apartment! 30m away from the beautiful promenade with the wide sandy beach.
The private balcony provides an opportunity for outdoor dining — perfect for your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine. The privileged location is adjacent to the beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants.
This 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a new and well equipped kitchen with induction stove top, microwave, fridge and freezer. There's also air-conditioning in the living room area, direct elevator access, WiFi, and a flatscreen TV. The bedroom has a super king-size bed and the living room has a sofa-bed.
We can also provide a cot bed and a high chair for the little ones.
Guests can enjoy time at the beach, walking along the promenade, swimming in the pool, dining at one of the restaurants or outdoor bars, playing tennis etc.
There are enough parking spaces (free) opposite the house.

A szallasado mind a szallassal,mind a szigettel kapcsolatban minden kerdesunkre keszsegesen.
Az apartman tiszta,modern,rendezett.Jol felszerelt, minden megtalálható benne amire szüksegunk volt.
Kozel volt a tengerparthoz, barokhoz,ettermekhez,setaloutcahoz.
A magyar nyelven valo kommunikacio nagyban megkonnyitette a folyamatos kontaktalast.
Nyugodt szivvel ajanlom minden itt nyaralni vagyonak.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem modern eingerichteten Apartment. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter reibungslos, freundlich und schnell. Wir waren zu viert (zwei Kinder) dort - von der Größe her gerade ausreichend, für längere Aufenthalte etwas eng. Der Pool war in Ordnung, das Meer dagegen traumhaft! Die Lage ist top. Supermärkte, Promenade, Shoppingmeile, Restaurants und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder sind direkt in der Nähe. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die kurze Wege, zentrale Lage und schöne Strände schätzen.

We had the perfect holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, clean and comfortable throughout. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with shops, restaurants, and bars just a 1 minute walk away. Our host was excellent friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Wohnung war modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt am Strand und nur wenige Schritte zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars. Unser Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut und hat alles, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Balkon (gerade für Abends) sehr angenehm, um ein Glas Wein zu genießen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Een gezellig verzorgd en praktisch apartment op korte wandelafstand van het mooie strand van cala millor.
Er zijn ook gezellige cafes en restaurantjes in de buurt en de supermarkt aldi. Er is een terras aanwezig waar we lekker smorgens konden ontbijten en en glaasje drinken. Voor afkoeling is het zwembad van het complex te beschikking.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist super ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage, so dass der Strand und ein großer Aldi zum einkaufen fußläufig schnell erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung ist modern gestaltet und sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und waren jederzeit für unsere Fragen erreichbar.
