The accommodation is a studio apartment. It features a comfortable double bed (160x200cm), a 2-person couch, Smart TV, dining area, and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities. There is a separate toilet. The rain shower is adjacent to the living-sleeping area and is accessed from the kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor with a large garden and has a covered terrace that spans the entire length of the apartment. The garden, with its large lawn, fire pit, etc., is available for shared use. The accommodation is a new build and has electric blinds, underfloor heating. Thanks to the covered terrace, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer and in the winter you can enjoy the sun in the apartment when it is low in the sky.

Der Urlaub hat mit der Ankunft an der Fewo begonnen und wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Urlaubes genossen. Wir sind mit unserem Hund verreist und der große Außenbereich war ein Traum. Die Fewo biete alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Wir lieben es, draußen zu frühstücken. Das war uns hier perfekt geboten mit dem herrlichem Blick auf die Berge,der beste Start in den Tag. Der Innenraum umfasste einen Raum , was für uns total ausreichend war. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keinen Wunsch offen und als der Kaffeeautomat nicht wollte, war Erich sofort zur Stelle und hatte eine Neue für uns. Ein riesengroßes Lob können wir Erich für seine tollen Tipps und Empfehlungen aussprechen. Durch seine Ideen haben wir den perfekten Urlaub erlebt und so viel Schönes und Einzigartiges gesehen. Wir sind so dankbar dafür.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Erich. Er ist ein ganz herzlicher; aufgeschlossener und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Da keine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, hat er uns angeboten, die Wäsche für uns zu waschen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir haben von ihm viele Tipps für die Region zum Essen oder Einkaufen erhalten, was sehr hilfreich war.
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Straße mit Blick auf die Berge und Tal.
Die Terrasse und Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch andere Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten erreichbar.
