If arrival is not possible due to Corona (border closings, travel warnings, etc.), you can cancel or postpone the booking free of charge up to 1 week before arrival. The deposit will also be returned to you free of charge.
The safety and health of our guests and employees are our top priority at Resort Tirol and Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. For this reason, we strictly adhere to and implement all the requirements regarding Covid-19. As we could already see in the summer, all the precautionary measures worked perfectly and the Wildschönau got through the summer almost "corona-free". It should continue like this! We will do everything we can to offer you a safe and relaxing time with lasting moments, even in the winter season.
Otherwise, the normal cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival free of charge, up to 1 month before the day of arrival - 40% of the travel price, up to 2 weeks before the day of arrival - 70% of the travel price, up to 1 week before the day of arrival - 90% of the travel price, if no-show on the day of arrival - 100 % of the travel price

Resort Tirol
Das Resort lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben in dem wunderschönen Bungalow gewohnt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung, sehr viel Stauraum. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir waren am Anreisetag schon sehr früh vor Ort. Das Team hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, dass wir schon vor dem regulären Check In in die Wohnung konnten.
Begeistert waren wir auch von der Tiefgarage, in der jede Wohnung auch einen eigenen verschließbaren Abstellraum bekommt.
Das Resort hat auch eine super Lage. Sehr viele Ausflugsziele sind zu Fuß oder mit einer kurzen Autostrecke erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte befinden sich fußläufig, genauso wie ein kleiner Ortskern mit Restaurants und Wirtshäuser.
Besonderes Hightlight war das wenige Minuten entfernte Freibad, in dem wir täglich den Tag nach einer Wanderung haben ausklingen lassen. Der Eintritt war für uns als Gäste kostenlos dank der WildschönauCard, die im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Das mit der Sauna tut uns schrecklich leid, aber wir hatten da ein technisches Problem, was wir leider nicht so schnell beheben konnten.

Gemütlich, sauber,.. Alles da was man braucht. Sauna u Dampfbad sind das I Tüpfelchen dieses Urlaubs. Sonnenaufgang auf der Terasse Nr 9 megaaaa! Die Rezeption erfüllt Wünsche ist sehr freundlich u zuvorkommend! Alles in allem PERFEKT. wir kommen auch ein 5.mal wieder DANKE
