The living area is divided into an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed and TV, an adjoining open, fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as a very attractively equipped shower room with wash basin, toilet and washing machine.
In front of the living room is a balcony with dining table and awning. A special feature of this flat is the wonderful view of the sea and the sandy beach of Sainte-Maxime.
