The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
A refund of any down payment made will be made within 7 working days.
In case of short-term cancellations (< 4 weeks) 80% of the overnight stay price (excl. costs for cleaning and laundry package) are to be paid as cancellation costs, unless the accommodation is rented elsewhere during the period. In the event of a successful replacement rental, a lump-sum expense allowance of EUR 80.00 is to be paid for processing the cancellation and new rental.

Schöner Herbturlaub auf Sylt
Die Ferienwohnung recht zentral ca. 400 m vom Bahnhof (hier fahren alle regionalen Buslinien Sylts ab) und dem Beginn der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Trotzdem ist sie ruhig.
Wir wurden von Familie Klangwald sehr nett empfangen und mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt.

3 Eichstätter auf der schönen Insel Sylt
Die zentrale, zugleich ruhige Lage ermöglicht kurze Wege in alle Richtungen. Ein persönlich und freundlich geführtes Haus.
Moin. Ihr habt die zentrale Insellage der Unterkunft wirklich beeindruckend auf vielen kurzen und auch längeren Radtouren ausgenutzt und das trotz vorhandenem Auto. Chapeau, so lernt man die Insel wirklich kennen und schätzen!
Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass die Wahl gerade bei so erfahrenen Sylt-Urlaubern aus dem Süden Deutschlands in diesem Sommer auf unsere Ferienwohnung im Klangwald Sylt HOUSE gefallen war und gibt uns das gute Gefühl, dass die Vorzüge der Unterkunft und das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis erkennbar stimmen.
