It is located in the middle of the village center, literary one minute foot walk to the bars, restaurants, supermarket or church. It has a spacious private back yard and roof terrace with a great view on the mountains. We are excited that all renovation works are now finished so the property can be rented out when we are not their ourselves :)
Please note that we have divided the house in two rental units. Locomondo 2 is this listing.
This about 45 sqm large studio consists of 2 separate 90x200cm beds, a fully equipped kitchenette with a double burner stove, a comfortable seating area, a large build in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with sink, toilet and rain shower.
The private back yard has an inviting seating area, pergola and outdoor shower. On the roof terrace there a two further seating areas, 2 sun / lounge beds and an outdoor kitchen.
