living room with generous south-facing balcony with large dining table and a fantastic view of the Ultner mountains,

a comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, shower, and bathtub.

The Italian cancellation terms according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel without any further fees.
- From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days from the booked travel price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days.
- The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Coming from Reschen, drive to the Merano Sud exit, turn right and head towards Lana.
At the 2nd roundabout, take the 1st exit on the right towards Ultental. Follow the road for about 18 km.
50 m after the St. Walburg village sign, turn right towards the church. Follow the mountain road for about 5 km until you reach a small forest where you turn left at the "Ortlerhof" sign.
Follow the road for about 500 m.

Der Ortlerhof ist eingebettet in diese wunderbare Landschaft, etwas außerhalb von St. Walburg.
Er liegt inmitten von Bergwiesen, über eine schmale Bergstrasse gut zu erreichen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Fußbodenheizung, großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Schlafzimmer mit ausreichenden Schränken, toll eingerichtete Küche und ansprechender Wohnbereich. Nicht zu vergessen, die großen Balkone mit Blick in die Bergwelt.
Vom Eigentümer konnten wir frische Milch und Eier erhalten. Natürlich gab es auch Tipps zu den geplanten Touren.
