The penthouse is located in a quiet, hillside, private residential complex with two private beach accesses. The complex is situated right on the beachfront, with the penthouse elevated in the second row. Despite this unique beach location, you are centrally located at Costa Calma, so you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. within minutes. On the beach in front of the complex, there is a beautiful beach bar where you can enjoy drinks or culinary snacks from morning until evening. On the beach, there are also loungers and umbrellas available for a fee. The apartment has approximately 80 sqm of living space, with beautiful high ceilings and a roughly 28 sqm large sun terrace with a fantastic sea view. It features a cozy living area with an open kitchen that is well-equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. In the living area, you have a 55-inch OLED 4K Smart TV with the latest technology at your disposal. You can watch many German channels or simply play your favorite music via Bluetooth. In the spacious bedroom, you have a comfortable, large double bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. From both rooms, you have beach and sea views as well as direct access to the sun terrace with 2 electric awnings. The high-quality sofa in the living area can be pulled out with a few simple steps and used as a sofa bed. There is a large bathroom and a separate WC, both well-ventilated through windows, friendly and bright. The stay is ideal for a couple (+) or a single with a desire for the sea.
