From the approximately 40 m² balcony, you can reach the garden via an external staircase, where you can wonderfully relax by the solar-heated pool (about 7 m x 3.5 m, weather-dependent, open from mid-April to mid-October). The pool is also occasionally used by the landlords on weekends and sporadically during the week.
After the day's holiday exertions, the approximately 75 m² portico invites you to have a barbecue, where you can then comfortably end the evening with a nice glass of wine.
