The estate Podere Campaini is located approximately 13km north of the Etruscan city of Volterra.

You will feel very comfortable in the approximately 85 mÂ² two-bedroom apartment. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the quiet and friendly atmosphere in a beautiful scenic location with views reaching Volterra. The property also includes a pool.

There is a bright living room with a sofa and a kitchenette with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two daylight bathrooms.

On request, we also offer breakfast. An outdoor grill is available for communal use. The owner takes care of the guests' well-being and also speaks very good English.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Wohnung war ein netter Willkommensgruß mit einer Flasche Wasser, einer Flasche Wein sowie einer kleinen Dose selbstgemachtem Olivenöl. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist super geräumig und sauber.
Der Pool lädt ein, auch einmal einen Tag in der Anlage zu verbringen.
Ein sehr abwechslungsreiches gutes Frühstück wird wenn gewünscht auch angeboten.
Die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen und für Ausflugsziele sehr gut gelegen.

Wir waren nur wenige Tage im Oktober 2021 auf dem Podere Campaini, doch
es hat sich sehr gelohnt.
Von der ersten Minute an wirkte das Anwesen mitsamt seiner langgezogenen
Zypressenallee sehr einladend und hat uns gut gefallen.
Das Haus ist in einer wunderschönen Landschaft gelegen und bietet alle
Voraussetzungen für eine erholsame Zeit, auch wenn es bereits zu kühl
für ein Bad im Pool war.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Meine erste Toskana-Reise überhaupt und es hat einfach alles gestimmt: der traumhaft schöne Blick aus allen Fenstern der Wohnung, die herzliche Art der Inhaberin Cassandra, das täglich andere typisch toskanische Frühstück, die absolut ruhige Lage, ringsrum 1200 Olivenbäume. Volterra liegt in Sichtweite des Podere Campaini, aber auch San Gimignano und Siena sind in einer halben bzw. ganzen Stunde mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Schon auf dem Frühstückstisch steht das eigene leckere Olivenöl, das auch gekauft werden kann. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass zu jedem der beiden Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gehört. Alle Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, bei Bedarf gibt es eine Klimaanlage, aber auch eine Heizung. Selbst an Moskitonetze über den Betten wurde gedacht, die wir im Oktober nicht mehr gebraucht haben.

Ein Traum! Das Wetter, die Unterkunft, die Eigentümer, alles!!!

Das Anwesen Podere Campaini ist inmitten toskanischer Landschaft und mit Blick auf Volterra herrlich gelegen. Das Grundstück und die einzelnen Gebäude sind sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Gleiches gilt für die Wohnung, die wir dort für 3 Nächte angemietet hatten: 2 liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, 2 sehr saubere Bäder, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großartiger Ausblick aus allen Fenstern der Wohnung. Das Frühstück, das optional und wirklich günstig hinzugebucht werden kann, war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Nicht zuletzt sei noch die freundliche Inhaberfamilie erwähnt - unsere verspätete Anreise war kein Problem und Tipps für den Besuch in Florenz bekamen wir auch noch. Wir würden jedenfalls jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Podere Campaini uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten hier eine Woche im Spätherbst und können die Wohnung Biancospino ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Traumhafte Lage des erst 5 Jahre alten Hauses im toskanischen Stil inmitten von Olivenhainen mit direktem Blick auf Volterra. Absolut ruhig und außerhalb gelegen, doch in ca. 5 bzw. 15 Minuten Entfernung befinden sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant und eine Pizzeria. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein separates Bad, was die Situation mit einer Belegung wie in unserem Fall mit vier Personen morgens sehr entspannt. Die Vermieterin spricht gut Englisch und ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das kontinentale sehr abwechslungsreiche Frühstück gebucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florenz, Pisa und Siena.
