In a quiet new house, calm neighbourhood, only 200 meters from the beach with the beautiful view on a sea from both sides of apartment. Apartment measures 78 m2, with large living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terrace... It has a smart tv (on which you can surf), free internet, air condition, wash machine, dishwasher, towels... Also, you can use beautiful roof terrace that measures 20 m2 with a gorgeous view on Stoja bay.

Viel Positives, aber auch weniger Schönes
Eine grosse Baustelle gegenüber: Baulärm von 7h früh bis ca 17h . Leider hat man uns im Vorfeld nichts gesagt.
Die Zufahrt ist von beiden Seiten recht schmal.
Nachts hört man aus der Richtung des Hafens ein Schotterwerk, was die Schlafqualität durch Be- und Entladen und Rückfahrwarntöne mindert.
Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, die Baustelle wird irgendwann nicht mehr vorhanden sein und damit dieser Larm auch.
Das Schotterwerk ist Dauerzustand. Wir konnten diesen Lärm nachts nicht ausblenden.
Strand: Nahe und das Wasser sauber.
Die Bushaltestellen quasi vor dem Haus, der Bus braucht ca 15min ins Zentrum.
Zum Einkaufszentrum geht man keine 10min.
Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es zudem auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant!
Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Apartment absolut empfehlen

...ein wunderschönes Apartment mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es besticht nicht nur durch seine moderne Art, sondern auch durch Sauberkeit. Zugleich ist es auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten, die man machen möchte. Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
