On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, sofa set, flat-screen TV and radio as well as a cosy dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and also offers a hob/oven combination, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. The partially covered terrace offers garden furniture, a large traffic light parasol and 2 sun loungers for cosy hours outdoors.
On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms with double bed (1st: 2.00 x 2.00 m, 2nd: 2.00 x 1.80 m), from the 1st access to the furnished loggia, here there is a 2nd TV. The upper area also offers a modern daylight bathroom with WC, bathtub and shower.
