The holiday accommodation is nestled in an idyllic swimming bay directly on the front line to the sea, meaning a large, natural swimming pool is practically at your doorstep. Beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the hallmark of the town of Podaca.

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:
