Our holiday apartment has been extensively renovated with a lot of love and attention. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with double beds measuring 2x2 m, where you can also fit a children's bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and video system, as well as free wireless internet access, and also has a rustic wood burning stove for the well earned relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom, outside the apartment, is equipped with a large bathtub and separate shower, laundry room with washing machine and drying space is right next door. A large sun porch with glass roof and outdoor seating offers a nice place for smoking and relaxing.

In our historical blacksmith shop you will find an exhibition of 3 generations of blacksmiths belonging to the Berens family. If you want to join in and participate actively, we offer demonstrations and workshops.

From the A48 Eifelautobahn, exit Kaisersesch, direction Cochem, after 200m turn left, drive 5km to Illerich.
In Illerich follow the signs for 5 km to Kail.

Along the Moselle following the B49, coming from Koblenz to Pommern, the mountain route 3km up to Kail
Coming from Trier B49 to Klotten, mountain route 5km up to Kail

If you arrive by train, we would be happy to pick you up at Pommern station.

In the village Kail, Hauptstr. 10 former petrol station - you can't miss it.

Wir waren hauptsächlich zum Wandern und dem Erkunden der schönen Gegend an der Mosel vor Ort. Jutta und Jürgen sind zwei angenehme und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung sowie auch der gesamte Rest des Hauses sind stilvoll und familiär eingerichtet. Guter Service und leckeres Essen hat das ganze abgerundet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Cafe zur Tanke ist schon eine coole Idee und Jutta und Jürgen die besten Gastgeber, die ich kennengelernt habe. Die Ferienwohnungen sind modern ausgestattet. Juttas Kuchen sind einfach lecker und Jürgen hat immer ein Ausflugsziel parat, egal ob Wanderer, Biker oder Motorradfahrer. Ob als Kaffee-/Imbissstop oder für längere Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren garantiert nicht das letzte Mal dort.
