High Season
Please understand that we rent our holiday apartments in Ahrntal during the high season (July to mid-September as well as Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, Easter, and Pentecost) generally only by the week, with arrival and departure on Saturday.
"Cancellation" sounds annoying and it usually is for everyone involved.
That's why we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
However, if you consciously decide against travel cancellation insurance, please understand that we must protect ourselves against cancellations and therefore apply the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to 28 days before the start of your holiday, there will be no costs for you and we will refund your deposit without hesitation.
For cancellations from 28 to 15 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 30% of the total price.
For cancellations from 14 to 1 day before the start of your holiday, we charge 80% of the total price.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the apartment will be charged.

Once there, take the 26 km long country road to Bruneck.
At the roundabout before Bruneck, continue towards Ahrntal and after about 25 km you will arrive in Steinhaus. We are located at the entrance to the village.
