The holiday quarters are located between the settlement at the train station and Lindenstrasse in a beautiful residential area. The train station, the bus stop and a large supermarket with a snack bar are only 50 m away. The 70 m wide beach is only 8 minutes away. You can reach Swinoujscie in Poland in 15 minutes, which you can reach by train, bus, boat, bike or on foot, so you can stroll or shop as you please. A washing machine can be used for a fee of € 3.00 per wash (including detergent).

Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Duschbad mit WC, einem Doppelbett, kleines Sofa +Tisch und TV, sowie einer kleinen aber gut ausgestatteten Küche.
