The private renting of rooms as well as the private renting of holiday apartments are governed by the German Civil Code from which the contractual provisions for the tenant and the landlord result unless otherwise expressly agreed.
This means that with the booking by the guest and with the confirmation by the landlord, a binding rental or occupancy contract has come about for both parties.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
None of the contracting parties is permitted to unilaterally withdraw from the concluded agreement, regardless of the reason/s for the cancellation (except when there's a case of force majeure). However, the parties may agree to amicably terminate the agreement. In such a case, the lessor may charge the agreed rental price minus expenses saved. The lessor, however, shall act in good faith by making the effort to re-let the accommodation in order to keep the damage as low as possible.
Likewise, if the room or holiday apartment is not made available, the landlord shall be obliged to pay compensation to the guest. If the guest has to move into another more expensive room or apartment in such a case, the guest can claim the difference as damage.

Insgesamt schönes Ambiente mit sehr viel Charme.
Ich habe mich auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt hat.
Wunderschöner Garten, den ich gerne im Sommer erlebt hätte
Bei der Ankunft wurde ich von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, komme gerne wieder.
Traumhäuschen auf Trauminsel
Toplage, wunderschön, ruhig und zentral!
Diesmal war es die Ferienwohnung. Man schaut rundherum ins Grüne, umgeben von einem idyllischen Garten mit Strandkorb, Liegen und Frühstücksplatz nur für uns. Bei traumhafter Ruhe schläft man in den bequemen Betten wie in Abrahams Schoß. Im Haupthaus sind schon Treppenhaus und Frühstücksraum eine Augenweide, das Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen, dem leckeren Buffet und den zauberhaft gedeckten Tischen mit altem französischem oder schwedischen Porzellan, alles sehr geschmackvoll!
In unmittelbarer Nähe Restaurants, der Strand und die beschauliche Wyker Innenstadt.
Diese ruhige und doch zentrale Lage ist fast unbezahlbar. Dafür zusätzlich drei Punkte!
Ein wunderschönes Ambiente in toller ruhiger Lage !
In einer so schönen Umgebung ist gute Laune vorprogrammiert !
Ich habe mich jedesmal sehr wohlgefühlt und werde immer wiederkommen !
