Villa Marina (50 m² living space, sleeps 6)
is located directly on the beach in an exclusive location. The villa is divided into four semi-detached units, two on the upper floor and two on the lower floor.
Anyone familiar with Marina di Campo knows that it boasts the largest sandy beach on the island of Elba, surrounded by a charming old town with a variety of lovely shops and restaurants. The beach is well-equipped and offers plenty of activities for children.
The villa is situated on the side promenade, slightly removed from the town center, but its proximity to the main beach makes it a truly exclusive location. You can step out of the house in your swimsuit for a swim and enjoy breakfast on the spacious terrace with its sea view. The beach is just a few meters away.
The driveway and parking area are shared with the three other apartments.
Villa Marina is a three-room apartment.
A glass door leads from the outdoor dining area into the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a seating area and television. To the left of the kitchen, the hallway leads to the double bedroom with a beautiful, spacious terrace and sea views (even from the bed), as well as the bathroom with shower, and to a small bedroom with a bunk bed and access to the terrace.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and its exclusive beachfront location is ideal for sea lovers, swimming enthusiasts, and families with children of all ages, as Marina di Campo offers something for everyone.
The villa is surrounded by a private garden. The private driveway leads to the courtyard and the parking area with its shaded carports.
