In case that the guest cancels an already booked journey in advance of the start of the journey (please let us know in written form), is following regulatory in force (compensations that have to be fulfilled by the guest):

-cancellation until the 30. day before the start of the journey 25% of the total amount
-cancellation until the 11. day before the start of the journey 40% of the total amount
-afterwards 80% of the total amount
-in case of non-appearance 100% of the total amount
