The daylight bath has a raindance - wellness shower, hair dryer and sauna. Every bedroom has an LCD-TV.
Storage shed, own parking spaces, garden furniture, parasol and walled in exterior grill in the garden are included in the rental price. Wifi internet, children's chairs and beds are free.

Withdrawal/Rebooking/Cancellation and early departure / Cancellation by the tenant
(1) If the owner has the relevant capacity, the tenant can change/rebook the existing rental agreement (such as the dates). There are re-booking costs of 20.00 EUR per change for this.
(2) The tenant can withdraw in writing from the rental agreement at any time before the rental period starts. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without finding a replacement tenant (if there are special reasons, the replacement tenant may be declined), who will assume the contract at the same conditions, and if re-rental is not possible the following amounts will be charged as damages minus the expenses saved (excluding final cleaning and tourist taxes) (at least 50.00 EUR):
a. cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival: 05% of the rental price
b. cancellations from the 89th to the 30th day prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
c. cancellations from the 29th day to the 14th day prior to arrival 30% of the rental price
d. cancellations from the 13th to the 7th day prior to arrival 50% of the rental price
e. cancellations from the 6th day prior to arrival 100% of the rental price
The owner must try to re-rent the property. If re-rental is possible there will generally be a processing fee in the amount of 50.00 EUR for the withdrawing tenant, which will be deducted from the payments made.
This also applies to the reduction of the overall number of people (depending on age) who were registered on the rental contract by the tenant and thus booked on the rental contract.
(3) If the tenant departs early without there being an extraordinary reason for cancellation valid for the owner, they must still pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or withdrawal from the contract may only be made in writing. The effective date is the day the declaration is received by the owner or their representative.
If there is a no-show without notification, the holiday home will be released for re-rental 24 hours after the arrival date. There is then no longer a right to occupy the property.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Ich kann das Domizil Eden "nur" weiterempfehlen. Wir waren nun bereits das vierte Mal dort.
Top Urlaub
Traumhaus mit allem Komfort
Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Urlaubswoche, mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Auch ein paar Regentage konnten unsere Stimmung nicht trüben. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool, Sky, Wii,Fußbodenheizung und die gemütliche Einrichtung sind Wellness, nur viel privater. Der Kamin zauberte romantische Stimmung. Geschlafen haben wir wie Engel. Alles strahlt vor Sauberkeit und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist nicht einsehbar und man kann gemütlich und windgeschützt sitzen.
Der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen bietet genug Platz.
Die Umgebung, mit zahlreichen Fahrradwegen und der kurze Weg zum See sind mehr als zu empfehlen. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

wir freuen uns riesig über so viel Lob, vielen Dank! Im Vorfeld hatten wir ja regen Kontakt und immer im Mittelpunkt stand - auch coronabedingt - die unfreiwillig ausgedehnte Vorfreude. Und diese wurde offensichtlich nicht enttäuscht; das macht uns glücklich und auch ein kleines bisschen stolz. Ganz liebe Grüße nach Thüringen :)

Tolles Haus mit super Whirlpool
Alle Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten viiiiel Platz.
Domizil Eden hat eine reizvolle Lage in schöner Natur, mit jede Menge Freizeit- und kulturellen Angeboten drum herum.
Gaaaanz besondere Erlebnisse waren Sauna und der Whirlpool im Garten, den man bei Schnee und Regen (davon gab`s in der Woche reichlich) am besten im Dunkeln mit wechselnder Beleuchtung benutzt: Ein herrlicher Genuss, fast wie im Paradies! Und über den Segensspruch in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Ein echter Leckerbissen
Auch unsere Kinder kommen immer wieder gerne nach Untergöhren. Hier ist es ruhig, sie können jederzeit allein zum See gehen, es gibt jede Menge Freizeitmöglichkeiten und der Außenwhirlpool ist der absolute Hit. Und mit dem Papa in die Sauna zu gehen, macht sogar unserer Jüngsten schon richtig Spaß.
Der Vermieter ist immer sehr nett und man wird stets zuvorkommend behandelt. Auch unsere vielen Fragen hat er geduldig beantwortet. Hier werden wir Stammkunden!
