Our "Werdenfels" vacation apartment is perfect for your well-deserved vacation! In just a few minutes you can reach the two ski areas, which serve as excursion destinations in both winter and summer. The neighboring village of Grainau with the imposing Zugspitze is also easy to reach thanks to its ideal location on the outskirts of the village.
Our "Werdenfels" apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest bathroom with WC, a large living and dining area and a separate kitchen.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and flooded with light. A wooden floor and a Swedish stove ensure absolute comfort and promise cozy hours, even if the weather should not play along. The large dining table and the inviting sofa area offer enough space for the whole family. Of course, the living room also has a TV. There is also a small, cozy reading corner with two comfortable armchairs. Thanks to the large glass front, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain range and can catch many rays of sunshine. You can also access the balcony from here: pure sunshine awaits you on beautiful days thanks to the south-facing orientation. The view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze rounds off the whole experience. Balcony furniture is of course available.
Right next door is the kitchen, which is modern and spacious. All the necessary kitchen appliances, such as an oven, dishwasher and of course a fridge, are available. The cupboards are also fully equipped: all the kitchen utensils needed in everyday life are available. So you can cook here with the whole family! And if you like working alone in the kitchen, you can close the door and retreat.
The master bedroom of our "Werdenfels" apartment has a special feature: It leads to the bathroom, which can only be accessed through the bedroom. It is equipped with a bathtub with shower facilities, a toilet and a washbasin. The bedroom has a large double bed and a very spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. There is also access to the balcony, which wraps around the entire apartment. This means you can enjoy the sun! The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is no closet here: This has been cleverly built into the hallway, so you have plenty of storage space here too.
The apartment also has a separate guest toilet with washbasin.
Our "Werdenfels" apartment also has a lockable cellar compartment - perfect for skis, e-bikes (which can also be charged here) or to park a baby carriage. A roof box can also be parked here temporarily.

reibungslose freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist großzügig, modern mit tollem Ausblick! gern wieder!

Sehr sauberes und schöne Wohnung. Wie hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Bett, das würde sofort behoben. Ein toller Ausblick. Das einzige was nicht so schön war ist das Werk was hinter dem Haus liegt,das ist Nachts doch etwas laut, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nix. Schlüsselübergabe total problemlos, einfach und schnell.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit einem schönen Ausblick. Leider stört ein Hausgiebel die ansonsten klasse Sicht und die Gewerbeanlage des Nachts die Geräuschkulisse, die man aber aufgrund der monotonen Stärke schnell nicht mehr wahrnimmt.
Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon, schöne Zimmer und eine prima Küche. Die Anbindung mit ÖPNV ist gut sofern der PKW nicht aus der Tiefgarage geholt werden muss.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich. Uns hat alles gut gepasst. Das Haus liegt idyllisch nah am Fluss, deshalb hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass man mitten in Garmisch ist. In der Küche findet man auch alles.

Tolle Aussicht und riesige Wohnung. Im Sommer recht warm, nachts teilweise sehr laut mit offenem Fenster da nebenan am Gebäude Turbinen o.ä laufen. Ansonsten würde ich die FeWo nochmals buchen.
