The access is through an external staircase.
In the beautifully landscaped garden you will find a table and chairs, barbecue and table tennis. A small path leads to a pool in the middle of the greenery (shared use).
The apartment itself consists of a small open kitchen (4 gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, coffee machine), a living/dining room (satellite TV), two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
The whole house is furnished with beautiful antiques in a stylish and simple way and is also very clean and well maintained.

If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case.
