Holiday cottage located on a large, natural plot with outdoor whirlpool for 5-6 people, ready for usage all year beneath the starry skies with 40 degrees warm water. Here you can enjoy the quiet evenings both summer and winter. Wooden walls and ceilings. 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle and heated tile floor. One bathroom furthermore has a 2-person whirlpool and from this room you have direct access to the sauna. There is a PlayStation2 and table football and in the shed you will find darts and various garden games. The house has a good layout and tasteful furnishings with carpets throughout. Free firewood for the wood-burning stove and the barbecue. There is a double carport and a sandpit and swing for the children. There are 6 hammocks you can hang various places according to the sun. On the front lawn there is a volleyball court. Extra fridge with freezer in the shed. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir haben uns sehr über die Ausstattung gefreut: einen beheizbaren Jacuzzi, eine Sauna, eine Kinderecke mit viel Spielzeug, Schaukeln, einen Sandkasten und einen großen Garten,
Es gab viel Platz, Spa, Lage, Unterhaltung (Brettspiele, Spiele im Schuppen, Fernseher usw.)

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet: Küche, Freizeitaktivitäten, AuÃenbereich mit Liegen und stühlen inkl, Auflagen
Guter Platz, allgemein gut ausgestattet, gut mit Werkzeugen und Spielzeug im Schuppen, / / Problem: Ich habe mich gezielt für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden, weil es möglich war, unser Elektroauto aufzuladen. Es wurde angegeben, dass man bis zu 16 A laden kann ( entspricht 11 kW, was beim Laden zu Hause für Besitzer von Elektroautos normal ist), Allerdings konnte nur mit bis zu 10 A geladen werden (entspricht ca. 6 kW, d. h. das Laden dauert doppelt so lange). Habe es mit versucht 13 A und 16 A, wobei das HPFI-Relais nach ein paar Minuten auslöst. Außerdem befindet sich die Steckdose auf der Rückseite des Hauses, nicht im Carport. Ein normales Ladekabel von 5 m kann also nicht funktionieren. Also muss man rangieren Ihr Auto über den Rasen und parken, eingeklemmt zwischen einem Dornbusch und der Rückseite des Carports, damit das Kabel reicht. Unpraktisch und kaum die Meinung/Wünsche des Hausbesitzers. / Wenn Sie Besitzer von Elektroautos anlocken möchten, muss die Steckdose vorhanden sein befindet sich im Carport (weniger als 3 Meter vom Parkplatz entfernt) und verfügt über eine eigene 16-A-Sicherungsgruppe (10 oder 13 A reichen jedoch für die meisten aus, insbesondere wenn Sie es im Voraus wissen und sich darauf verlassen können, dass es funktioniert)

Gemütliches und gut eingerichtetes Sommerhaus mit allem, was Sie brauchen, schönes separates Aktivitätshaus, gut ausgestattet mit vielen guten Dingen für Freizeitaktivitäten auf dem Gelände, Whirlpool im Freien funktionierte gut und war ein Hit, Brennholz zur kostenlosen Nutzung und zusätzliche Gasflaschen für der Grill, Dinge wurden durchdacht,
