Located just 900 metres from the sandy beach in Olpenitz, this spacious and well-appointed Skanlux holiday home is designed for fun, relaxation, and gatherings. The pool area is a paradise for water lovers, featuring a 20 m² swimming pool with counter-current system, underwater lighting, and a water slide. Guests can also enjoy a 4–6 person hot tub, a sauna, and a bathroom in this wellness zone—perfect for unwinding after a day at the coast. The home’s large activity room is the social hub, offering a bar and a variety of entertainment options including billiards, table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 4, and a big-screen TV with DVD player. At the heart of the house, the bright and inviting living/dining space features a cosy sofa area, wood-burning stove, and a long dining table for shared meals. The open-plan kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with double appliances—two fridges, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, and coffee machines—plus a large island with bar seating. With eight bedrooms divided into three separate sections and an additional sleeping loft with four box mattresses and a TV, the property offers flexibility for families, friends, or corporate retreats. Outside, enjoy a spacious sun terrace and covered dining area with a grill, ideal for summer evenings. Please note that the operation of the pool, sauna, and hot tub may lead to higher utility costs, and some construction may occur nearby. This property is not available for youth groups.

Eine Empfehlung wäre ein Besuch der Stadt Kappeln verbunden mit dem Genuss eines leckeren / Fischbrötchens in der Fischräucherei Föh! / Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant des Hotels Schleimünde in Olpenitz, Ãberaus kompetentes / und freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen zu ganz normalen Preisen,

Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Strandes, aber das WLAN war etwas langsam, Trotzdem würde ich es empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Familienfeier im Ferienhaus in Hasselberg! Die Kinder liebten den Swimmingpool und die Wasserrutsche, während die Erwachsenen es genossen, sich in der Sauna zu entspannen, Die Küche war unglaublich geräumig, was die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zum Kinderspiel machte, Sehr zu empfehlen für große Gruppen!
Das Schwimmbad und den Spieleraum
Der Hafen von Olpenitz ist toll, genauso der Strand Richtung Weidefeld, Kappeln ist immer einen Ausflüg wert,
Gute Aufteilung, / Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten / Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna / AuÃenanlagen mit Grill
Vorsicht: jeden Morgen ab 5,30 Uhr Baulärm, nicht etwa durch BaumaÃnahmen vor Ort, sondern durch Sammeln der Bauarbeiter direkt vor der Tür, Das Lager scheint dort zu sein, daher kommen Lieferungen ebenfalls morgens vor dem Aufstehen, / Fensterputzer kommen unangekündigt noch vor 8 Uhr morgens und schauen ins Haus und ins Bett, / Betten viel zu weich und zu schmal, / Die Nebenkostenabrechnung übertrifft alles, Im Buchungstext steht was von 20 - 30 Euro pro Tag anfallen, was ja ok ist, Wir haben das Haus in normalem Umfang benutzt, Badebereich gut gelüftet, um einzusparen und zahlten am Ende dennoch 350 ¬ an Nebenkosten bei nur einer Woche Urlaub, Da stimmt doch was nicht?! / Schränke in den Zimmern viel zu spärlich, / In einem Bad nicht einmal ein Abzug, / Jalousien kaputt und wurden trotz Bitte nicht ausgetauscht, So blieb es in manchen Zimmern den gesamten Urlaub über dunkel im Zimmer, Zudem klapperten sie sehr bei Wind, / Gebuchte Handtücher zum Teil ohne Haken, / Geschirr ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, / Putzkolonne trifft sich am Abreisetag partymäÃig vor der Tür um 6 Uhr, / Gegend sehr schön, viele Ausflüge möglich, aber dieses Haus würden wir nicht mehr buchen,
