Modern and spacious holiday home located in the attractive area Marielyst Strandpark about 1600 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches and not far from a cozy lake. The cottage has a hot tub for 2 people and an activity room in one of the lofts for children and children at heart. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen with a coffee machine, induction hob, separate oven and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and wireless internet. The large loft is set up as an activity room with table football, exercise equipment and Playstation, so there's plenty of fun for children. There is underfloor heating throughout the house and the house is heated with an energy-friendly air/water heat pump. There are three bedrooms, all with a double bed, two of which have smart TVs, and a loft with a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the house with a toilet, washbasin and shower, one of which has a spa bath for two people. In the entrance hall there is a 60-99 liter freezer and a washing machine. The house is located on a 370 m² natural plot. There is a terrace and a covered terrace with garden furniture, so there is plenty of space to relax and spend time with the family on nice summer evenings. There is a charcoal barbecue on the terrace and an outdoor shower. Close to the house there is a large common area for free use. Here you can play football, ball games, the house is close to bowling, golf course, welcome center, Put & Take and close to shopping and the city center. Not for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
