In the process, the original charm was lovingly restored and modern amenities were added to the house. To create a first class living experience.

This detached house in historic walls is truly a "pearl" and is located in the heart of a picturesque village with about 180 inhabitants. Here, discerning connoisseurs will find their very own personal living oasis. Away from any stress and hectic daily routine, you can explore the beauty of the surrounding nature and discover the charming destinations such as the world-famous Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the mystical Keltenwall and the enchanting Tauber Valley (e.g. Weikersheim).

The fenced outdoor seating area in the garden behind the house offers you (sight) protected space for beautiful and relaxing hours outdoors - from breakfast in the morning, when otherwise only a few chickens from next door are on their feet, to the quiet hours at noon with a good book, to a glass of wine in the evening.
Within walking distance you will find the village shop, bakery and the restaurant "zum Grünen Baum" (open Thurs., Fri. and Sat. / cold food and drinks).

House rules/ price info:
The holiday property may only be occupied by the previously agreed number of people. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. In order to make the start of your holiday as pleasant as possible, our beds are freshly made up in the number booked. Towels can be added. Access to the house is by code. You will receive this 2-3 days before arrival in a check-in process after presenting a document of identification of the main tenant. The house is to be left in a tidy condition. This includes the removal of glass bottles & paper. Dishes must be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards. The dishwasher must be cleared out and turned off. For technical reasons, it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles via the house's power supply. These are not designed for this and fires may occur.

Pets:
Pets may only be brought along in consultation with the landlord and for a fee, in the number stated in advance. Out of consideration for following guests, dogs are not allowed in the bed, on the sofas or on the armchairs in the house. Dog excrement in the garden and around the holiday home must be collected. We ask you to vacuum through before your departure to remove the animal hair. Therefore, let us avoid unnecessary additional intensive cleaning that we would otherwise have to pass on to you.

Bicycles:
If you plan to bring bicycles, please let us know in advance with the number of bikes. Our storage facilities are limited.
