The house has a large, well-kept fenced garden and a carport.
The holiday home is located in Agrustos, about 500 meters from the Li Cuppulati beach, a small town between San Teodoro and Budoni. There are many recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity, go-kart track, riding school, or the port of Porto Ottiolu with boat rentals. There are several supermarkets 1.5 kilometers away (Budoni). A daily night market tempts you to shop.

Cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes:
up to 31 days before departure: 50 euros cancellation fee.
30 days before the trip: 20% of the trip price.
29 - 15 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the travel price.
14 - 0 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 95% of the travel price must be paid as a cancellation fee.
We will try to find a mutually acceptable solution. You can provide a substitute tenant.
In any case, we will reduce the cancellation fee accordingly if a replacement booking can be made for all or part of the period.
1. If you cannot arrive because there is a travel warning for Sardinia, or you are not allowed to leave your state, you only pay the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros! This applies up to 1 month before booking. This travel ban must be public knowledge. In this case, you will get a full refund of the payment you have already made, minus the 50 euros!
If you have to cancel 1 month to 14 days before the trip because Sardinia is not allowed to be visited or because you are not allowed to leave your state, you pay 20% of the booking amount plus the cancellation processing fee of 50 euros. This travel ban must be public knowledge. In this case, you will get back the payment already made minus the 50 euros!
2. If you start another trip to Sardinia by the end of 2022, or if you book again within the next 12 months after your cancellation, you will receive a credit note of 30 euros upon booking. You then only pay 20 euros rebooking fee.
