The dining / living area is furnished with a couch, dining area, satellite TV (German channels), music system, wireless Internet connection and DVD. To the left of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen.
The end of living room leads through a small hallway to two bedrooms each with double bed (160 cm) and an adjacent shower room. A toilet is separate.
From the living room a small staircase leads to a third bedroom with two single beds and a sink (beware of the low ceiling!).
Furthermore, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer available.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
