Welcome to the “Holiday House at Schlosspark,” an ideal retreat for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay in Berlin. Spanning 180 m², the house offers modern comfort and space for up to 8 people.
Spacious Living and High-Quality Furnishings
The ground floor impresses with a spacious living room (30 m²), featuring a cozy seating area and a 75-inch Smart TV. The bay window with a dining area accommodates up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction cooktop, an oven at a convenient height, a fridge-freezer combination with 3 large freezer compartments, as well as a built-in washing machine and dishwasher, making cooking and household management easy and comfortable.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, you’ll find a generous bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a sliding door wardrobe. The ground-floor bathroom is equipped with high-quality sanitary fixtures from Villeroy & Boch and Grohe, featuring a shower, towel radiator, and a radio for added comfort.
Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: two with two single beds each and walk-in wardrobes, and the large master bedroom with another double bed and a very spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom on the upper floor impresses with a bathtub and shower.
Technical Equipment
The holiday house is equipped with state-of-the-art smart home technology: All rooms have satellite TV and Sonos sound systems. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. Electric shutters and insect protection screens provide added comfort and privacy.

The large garden of the house invites you to relax and grill. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the green district of Biesdorf. Super schöne Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir sind mit Hund angereist. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Biesdorfer Schloss, konnten wir dort mehrmals am Tag einige Runden Gassi gehen. Der Bäcker und ein Penny sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Weg dorthin ist zu Fuß schneller als mit dem Auto. Weitere Lebensmittelgeschäft, wie beispielsweise Rewe, sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die S- Bahn befindet sich um die Ecke, sodass wir das Auto gut am Ferienhaus stehen lassen und mit der Bahn in die City fahren konnten. Uns hat die ruhigere Lage, im Vergleich zu Berlin-Mitte, sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Haus buchen, wenn wir in Berlin sind. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Berlin. Das Haus ist wunderschön und gross. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Auch die Lage und der Garten sind top. Wir hatten nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Straßenbahn und konnten das Auto den ganzen Urlaub stehen lassen. Auch ein Penny ist fußläufig.

wir kommen wieder
Wir sind angereist als 3 befreundete Pärchen mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig, sodass die Kinder trotz Musik gut schlafen konnten. Die Ausstattung umfasst alles was man braucht. Der Garten hinterm Haus ist praktisch mit Kindern. Man wohnt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit naher S-Bahn-Anbindung. Ein Spaziergang um das kleine Viertel ist entspannt, da kaum Autos unterwegs sind
Großartiges Haus
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem großartigen und für alle Fälle optimal ausgestatteten Haus verbringen dürfen. Was uns auch besonders gut gefallen hat: Wir haben bei sehr schönem Spätsommerwetter direkt vom Haus weg einige Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen können. Dank sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV konnte das Auto 1 Woche stehenbleiben. Wenn es uns wieder in die Hauptstadt zieht, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.
Top Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Für Berlin Urlauber ein muss , dieses schöne Objekt zu mieten.

Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus, die Abstimmung bezüglich An- und Abreise, Hinweise auf Geschäfte, alles war ideal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher gerne wieder.
Perfekt!
Wir (sechs Freunde) haben sechs Nächte im Traumhaus verbracht. Sauber, gepflegt und vor allem geräumig. Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch durch die S-Bahn-Anbindung so zentral. Wir haben nichts vermisst und sagen DANKE für eine wundervolle Zeit. Sollten wir wieder nach Berlin reisen, kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Wunderschönes, sauberes Haus,sehr geräumige Zimmer kurz gesagt in diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts.Alles sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Im Sommer kann der große Garten genutzt werden ,der sehr schön und groß ist.Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstr.und jedoch ist man in 5 Min.an der S-Bahn .Es bieten sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an,zu Fuß o mit dem Auto sind sie gut zu erreichen.Wir wurden sehr freundlich emfpangen ,auch alles andere funktonierte ohne Probleme.Wenn ich nochmal nach Berlin komme dann zu diesen netten Gastgebern.Danke für die schönen Tage..
Wunderschön
Wir waren insgesamt 5 Tage in dem Haus und haben uns gefühlt wie Zuhause. Es ist total gemütlich und wunderschön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich hat es einen großen Garten, in dem man bei schönem Wetter super grillen kann. Außerdem ist das Haus (zu Fuß) nicht einmal 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn Station entfernt, so dass man wirklich überall hin kommt. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Berlin machen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Haus!
