The smaller apartment for 4 guests is on the ground floor, and the larger apartment for 6 guests is on the first floor. The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, and the first floor has 3 double bedrooms. Both apartments feature a combined living and kitchen area as well as a private terrace – ideal for groups. There are 3 bathrooms in the house.
Unwind by the pool, admire the breathtaking views of the lush green landscape, and let your children enjoy a variety of fun activities. The spacious, covered terrace on the first floor with an elegant dining area invites you to linger while preparing exquisite meals on the fireplace grill. Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

A wonderful house
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastfamilie
vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen im Ferienhaus.
Wir sind angekommen und da war schon alles fertig und wir haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Zu unserer Überraschung haben haben wir im Kühlschrank Käse, Wurst und Schinken gefunden. Auf dem Tresen stand eine Schüssel mit Tomaten und ein Brot. Es gab auch noch diverse Getränke wo wir nicht mit gerechnet hatten.
Jeden Morgen hatten wir wieder einen sauberen Pool und konnten diesen nutzen.
Ab und zu haben wir dann auch wieder was frisches bei uns aufm dem Tisch gefunden.
Wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten, es kam immer sehr schnell eine Antwort.
Wir haben uns vor der Anreise noch gedacht ist das wirklich so wie auf den Fotos? Ja es ist wirklich so.
Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Ferienhaus.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

This beautiful house has everything what you want. The rooms are nice and spacious and outside there is lovely swimming pool and barbeque.
I also recommend to visit the beautiful lake of Imotski. This is about a 10 minute drive.
Makarska beach is about 40 minutes ride.
I would also like to thank the host, Darko and his family. When we arrived there was immediately drinks and food in the fridge. They are the most friendly neighbors you can imagine. Thank you for everything!!
