Emails are also accepted with an attached cancellation document signed by the holder of the booking. Deposits are refunded net of bank dispatch fees and booking fees, only if the booking cancellation has been sent at least 30 days prior to the booking arrival date. After this time, the deposit will be withheld in full.
At check-in, customers who have booked an accommodation unit must pay a CASH safety deposit of € 100,00 before being handed over the keys.
