New for 2017 - Welcome to our naturally light exclusive Beach House. This luxurious holiday home is lovingly furnished in a maritime landhouse style and offers accommodation for up to 6 people. Our guests are surrounded by high levels of comfort and equipment ensuring a relaxing and fulfilling holiday in all seasons.
The highlights of the exclusive equipment are the sauna, a high quality well equipped kitchen, a gas fire, TVs in 4 rooms (including a 50 inch internet connected UHD TV, double box-spring beds in the first floor (1 is motorised for maximum comfort), underfloor heating in the ground floor and a sunny south west facing garden with terrace equipped with a BBQ and play area. Also for our smaller guests we have games and toys.

The holiday home is situated in the heart of Zingst. Nevertheless, due to its location set back from the road, Beach House offers seclusion and peace.
The beach, pier, the main shopping street with its restaurants and boutiques etc are a short walk. The harbour and marshland is also easy to reach by foot.
We have carefully considered the needs of families with children in the interior design and furnishing of our Beach Houses. Families can therefore enjoy a sense of complete well-being and luxury.

Approaching from the West or South: Take the A19 in the direction of Rostock until you see the exit for Rostock East. Take the exit and take the B105 in the direction of Stralsund. In Altheide, in Bäderstrasse, turn onto the L21 in the direction of Fischland Darß and then follow the road in the direction of Zingst.
Approaching from the East on the A20: Leave the A20 at junction 24 and follow the B96/E251 in the direction of Stralsund. Just before you reach Stralsund, take the B105 in the direction of Rostock. In Löbnitz, turn right into Barther Straße/L23 in the direction of Barth. At the junction south to Barth, turn left onto the L21 in the direction of Zingst.

Nicht daheim und doch zu Hause.
Wir durften 6 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Zingst. Bei durchgehend schönem sonnenreichem Herbstwetter konnten wir zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad die Gegend erkunden. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es wurde auf viele Details geachtet. Abends konnten wir die tolle Sauna und den heimeligen Kamin genießen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, man kann aber fußläufig alles recht schnell erreichen. Zum Strand, zum Hafen, in die Ortsmitte oder zum Einkaufen braucht man nur paar Minuten. Die Gegend lädt besonders im Herbst zu Kranichtouren ein, oder man genießt die Natur am Weststrand mit seinem Leuchtturm Darsser Ort. Wir haben uns gut erholt und sind dankbar für diese Zeit. Entspanntes Relaxen in toller Umgebung
Die Region und Ostsee sind immer eine Reise wert. Die Unterkunft und super Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr gut! Ihre Tipps für Restaurants waren super. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man merkt, die Vermieter haben es so gestaltet, als würden sie es selbst bewohnen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren bereits im Beach House 2 zu Gast. Dieses Mal ist es Beach House 1 geworden. Das Haus ist genauso gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir müssen unbedingt im Herbst/ Winter wiederkommen, um die tolle Sauna und den Kamin richtig nutzen zu können (ist in beiden Häusern vorhanden). Selbst Regentage machen uns bei einer solchen Unterkunft keine Probleme. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch von der Lage des Hauses sind wir einfach begeistert. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein wirklich sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus. Sehr gepflegt, super Ausstattung, tolle Lage. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt vor Urlaubsantritt sowie vor Ort.
Entspannung pur
Wir sind für eine Wochenend-Übernachtung in das Beach Haus nach Zingst gekommen, um dem Alltag etwas zu entfliehen und uns am Meer zu entspannen.
Das Beach Haus war dazu ideal: Es fehlt an nichts, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, modern und hochwertig, die Bäder und Schlafzimmer geradezu luxuriös. Die Lage ist ideal auf halber Strecke zwischen Hafen am Bodden und Seebrücke, das Haus versteckt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt.
Zingst gefiel mir sehr gut, auch wenn wir an einem eigentlich sonnigen Tag gleich mehrmals in Regenschauer geraten sind. Ein sauberer, kleiner Ortskern, die Laufweite vom Haus sowohl zum Meer als auch zum hübschen, kleinen Hafen hat mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen.
Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Luxus ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es sind 3 Minuten bis zur "Innenstadt" und 5 Minuten zum Strand!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Besonders an der Kamin hat es uns angetan! Wir haben gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!
Wunderbar
Wir haben eine Woche in einem funkelnagelneuen, blitzsauberen Haus verbracht, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Es begann mit der hervorragenden Betreuung vor Ort, die einem den wunderschönen Gaskamin erklärt, zeigt, wo im Gartenhaus der Grill und das Grillbesteck liegt und erste Ausflugstipps gibt. Ein Traum von Sauna, eine maritime Einrichtung, die man am liebsten mit nach Hause nehmen möchte, eine Küche, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Überhaupt verdient alles im Haus das Prädikat "Hochwertig". Gleichzeitig ist das Haus und der Garten für Kinder richtig gut geeignet und alles liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig mitten in Zingst. Wir waren hellauf begeistert. Viele Grüße und ein Dankeschön aus Hürth.
