You enter the house and find yourself in the dining room. On the right side is a cosy sitting area with fireplace, sofa, coffee table and armchairs. On the left side is the separate, well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you also have access to a storage room where you will find the refrigerator and shelves for your supplies.
A small hallway to the right of the living room leads you to two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom (bathtub). A guest toilet is also located on this level.
First floor
On the first floor you will find a study corner open to the ground floor. On the right side, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom (shower, WC). This room has a small balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the Luberon. You can glimpse the red ochre rocks of Roussillon.
Outside
You have a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, a large pool of 10x5m and a swing corner for the little ones. Sun loungers and a plancha are at your disposal. You have two terraces, each with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside. To the right of the second terrace, you have access to a washroom with a fridge, a sink, an outdoor shower and a toilet.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
