Ground floor:
The entrance area is bright and friendly. The hallway provides access to the upper floor via a wide solid wood staircase. The ground floor features a living/dining area with a rotatable fireplace; a spacious kitchen with high quality appliances and a cooking island; a large bathroom with an all-glass rain shower, stereo radio and adjoining Finnish sauna.
On the upper floor you'll find 3 bedrooms with large wardrobes with gliding doors and integrated LED TVs, a second bathroom with shower and a gallery with sofa bed.

If the lessee withdraws from the rental contract up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 . In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total rental price. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks and up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation of a booked stay during Christmas and/or New Year's Eve from 12 to 6 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total rental price and 100% if you cancel within 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

After approx. 500 metres you will see our Bergwaldlodge on the slope on the right-hand side. Parking is available directly in front of our houses -at the foot of the slope- or on the slope, behind the houses/by the storage facilities.
Coming from Braunlage, take the B27 to Elend, then follow the main road (L99) towards Schierke; make a left and continue to the junction, where you turn left (sloped) as described above.

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus.
Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Lage und der Blick von der großzügigen Terrasse , ein Traum.
Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir sind uns alle einig, das wir auch im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen werden.
Sehr empfehlenswert auch das Restaurant mit Frühstücksbuffet!

Hat uns prinzipiell sehr gut gefallen.
Ein Stern Abzug für:
- Schlechtes WIFI/WLAN
- Teilweise schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Verwaltung
- Extrakosten für Strom/,Wasser (kann ich nachvollziehen, hatte ich aber anderswo schon lange nicht mehr, gerade in der Preisklasse)
Würden dennoch starke Empfehlung aussprechen (solange man kein Internet/ wifi braucht ;)).
Auch fürs Reisen mit Kindern wurde hier an alles gedacht - Reisebett, Treppenschutzgitter und ein Hochstuhl ist vorhanden.
Der Kontakt mit Herrn Rader war zu jederzeit super nett und auf alle Wünsche wurde positiv reagiert.
Wir kommen in jedem Fall schnell wieder.
Restauranttipp: Montevino - 5 min Fußweg entfernt - Reservierung vorher sinnvoll & der Besuch lohnt sich!
Nächstes Jahr steht die neue Buchung.

Sehr gute Küchenausstattung und Sauna.
Wenn die Betten noch bezogen werden dann ist's Erholung von Anfang an.
Bei kleinen Rückfragen kommt sofort eine Rückmeldung vor Ort.

Wow... was für ein schönes Ferienhaus. Hat alle unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Alles mit viel Liebe und Luxus ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt. Dieses Haus kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
Auch der Kontakt klappte perfekt. Einen Dank auch an der Frau Müller, für die freundliche Betreuung vor Ort.
