Have you always dreamed of having your own beach, with private sea access, sitting on your own jetty in the evening and listening to the waves? This house is something unique. It was completely renovated in 2021 and lovingly furnished. It has a very nice bedroom with a large double bed, a nice shower room, separate toilet. Nice living area with direct access to the terrace and the beach. TV, internet, air conditioning. Very nice kitchen, well equipped with everything you need. A staircase leads to the attic/loft with a comfortable 140 cm mattress. Very nice wooden terrace, in front of it the private sandy beach. Paddle and canoe. Parking is available in the side street in the residential area. A beautiful unique object. High season min. 1 week, low season min. 5 nights. ATTENTION: in 2021 the attic is not yet available, only from spring 2022.

Car recommended, nice quiet location in a private complex. Very well maintained! The house is located on the hills of Le Trayas/Theoule-sur-Mer (19 km to Cannes) on a private road with private parking at the house and a dreamlike panoramic view of the sea.

Das Viking Beach House besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer im schönen Cap d'Antibes. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass zur Ausstattung ein Kanu und ein Stand-Up-Board gehören. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: das Anbringen einer Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Mansardenzimmer und generell das Bereitstellen besserer Kissen würden die Schlafqualität heben.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum - driekt am Meer mit eigenem kleinen Strand. Man könnte den ganzen Tag dort auch nur sitzen und die Schiffe beobachten. Tolle Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, besser könnte es nicht sein. Vor allem Frau Andres und die Hausdame Katja sind so hilfsbereit - einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für den Traumurlaub.

So etwas hatten wir uns immer erträumt, und dann endlich gefunden! Kleines Haus in bester Qualität mit eigenem Strand! Und das an der Cote d Azur. Das ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes - wir wollten Strand, Meer und RUHE. Ja, das gibt es dort. Wirklich klasse. Eigentlich waren wir die ganze Woche NUR am Haus :) Bis zum nächsten Mal.
