Das Anwesen mit 5 Wohnungen liegt auf einen Hügel mit Blick in ein weites Tal und auf den nahe gelegenen Ort Montecarotto. Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll, besonders von der Terrasse des Häuschens Capanna. Im Anwesen befindet sich ein Pool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
In der Gegend befinden sich um Umkreis von 30 Fahrminuten mehrere nette Örtchen mit tollen Restaurants, die Frau Brouwers in ihrem Handout beschreibt oder gerne auch mündlich empfiehlt.
Frau Brouwers steht bei allen Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und kümmert sich sehr nett um ihre Gäste.
Wir haben uns gut erholt und einen tollen Urlaub in den Marken verbracht.
