Next to it, there is a large bedroom with a separate entrance.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms facing south.
The terrace is overgrown with vines and offers ample space.
A pool and sauna are on the premises.
Casa Bistini is particularly suitable for large families, couples who are friends, and small groups.

Exit Florence (Firenze) at Impruneta (toll booth), towards Siena. Take the exit for Colle di Val d'Elsa, heading towards Siena-Grosseto.
Continue straight over 2 roundabouts, roughly in the direction of Grosseto-Follonica on the 541.
After about 25 km, turn right (towards Massa-Marittima), up the switchbacks, down the hill past Frosini, and after about 11 km (gas station), turn right towards Follonica and Massa Marittima onto the 441.
After about 18 km, you will reach Gabellino.
Turn left immediately towards Roccatederighi-Grosseto.
After 3 1/2 km, on the left side of the road, you will find the turn-off for the property.
For orientation: On the left, there is a small parking bay and a sign: "Agriturismo Rocca Prataia".
Follow the gravel road for about 300m.

Wohlfühloase in der Maremma
Die entzückenden toskanischen Häuser sind mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Neben dem Pool und der Sauna, kann man einen Pilates Kurs besuchen oder sich unterm Olivenbaum eine Fußreflexzonenmassage gönnen. Der Brötchenlieferservice und der Weinkeller mit regionalen Weinen machen das Wohlfühlprogramm komplett.
Anja und Alex sind einfach wunderbare Gastgeber, die einem nicht nur mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen, sondern ihre Gäste mit wöchentlichen Kochevents kulinarisch verwöhnen und zusammenbringen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese toskanische Wohlfühloase wärmstens empfehlen!!!
Traum-Familienurlaub in der Maremma
Die Häuser sind wunderschön, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet (wir haben in zwei Häusern gewohnt). In der näheren Umgebung locken spannende kleine und "geheime" Ausflugsziele und auch die größeren Städte wie Pisa, Florenz und Siena sind nicht weit.
Anja und Alex sind grandiose Gastgeber, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und einen Tipp parat, und tragen durch Grill- und Pizzaabende (ca. wöchentlich) dazu bei, dass die Gäste vor Ort nicht nebeneinander herleben, sondern die Zeit gemeinsam genießen. Diese Präsenz ist nicht selbstverständlich, das haben wir andernorts schon ganz anders erlebt!

Geschmackvoll, inspirierend, ruhig
Man wird herzlich empfangen, alles ist liebevoll hergerichtet.
Die Gastgeber pflegen den direkten Kontakt zu den Gästen, was wir sehr genossen.
Rocca Prataia gibt uns Ruhe, viel Natur, einen sehr gepflegten Garten und Swimmingpool. Auch für unsere Kinder ist ein "Kinderhaus" vor Ort, in dem der Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt werden.

Anja und Alex sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die viel dazu beitragen, dass der Urlaub eine schöne Zeit für die ganze Familie wird. Von ihnen gibt es gute Ausflugstipps, einen Bäckerservice, und fast jede Woche einen Grill-, Pizza- oder Fischabend (wenn man möchte).
Ein Tipp: Etwas gegen die Mücken u. Bremsen mitnehmen.
Es war für uns eine sehr erholsame Zeit dort und wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.
