The semi-detached house with private garden, covered terrace and large roof terrace consists of: living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gallery with two single sofa beds, a storage room with washing machine.
On a separate plot next to our spacious pool area for shared use. In the 8x14 m large pool you can swim extensively, 400 sqm terraces invite you to sunbathe under the palm trees and in the shady 50 sqm pool house you can surf the internet for free.
