Upon entering this property, one is immediately overwhelmed by the view. The panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside of Alt Empordà with the surrounding Pyrenees is a dream.
The upper living level includes a living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as an open kitchen, guest toilet, and a double bedroom (box spring bed) with air conditioning.
The lower floor offers two double bedrooms (also equipped with box spring beds) and direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, a large bathroom with shower, toilet & bidet, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, extra fridge, and freezer.
