This holiday apartment is located by a stream on the green outskirts of Marciana Marina in a very quiet location.
The building was constructed in the 1970s on the foundations of an old watermill and was tastefully and comfortably renovated in 2024.
The 50 m² terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and Marciana Marina.
The apartment is located in the upper part of the house – the lower part is not yet finished – and offers a large living room with a fireplace, kitchenette, and dining table, as well as another furnished terrace facing the sea.
There is a twin bedroom, which can also be used as a second double bedroom, and a spacious double bedroom.
The bathroom, overlooking the stream and the woods, has a spacious shower, a toilet with bidet, and a washbasin.
The large terrace features a dining area with an induction cooktop, a lounge area, and a hammock with sea views.
