The holiday home offers 50 m² of living space and a 25 m² terrace, featuring a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, which is visually separated by a breakfast bar. The living room is equipped with a television with satellite antenna for receiving almost all German TV channels, as well as a radio with CD player.
The kitchen comes with everything you need for your holiday, including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The approximately 7,000 m² property also includes the owner's house.
A few steps through the garden lead to a first-class pool located about 30 meters from the holiday home. Simply fantastic.
A rental car is required and can be parked at the house.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
