Holiday house Casale Lorenzo στο Subbiano, Tuscany

At the gates of the Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. An old farmhouse in original stone, at the gates of the green Casentino valley and north of the city of Arezzo. Casale Lorenzo with its beautiful fenced park and a large swimming pool (dim. 15 x 8 m. - depth 1,00 - 2,40 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) with changing room and bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi outdoor bath (Extra payment required), shaded parking, barbecue and wood-burning oven, offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The small village of Subbiano is 3 km away. On hot summer days we recommend a trip to the nearby Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, among ancient castles and remote monasteries, which will give you moments of true wonder.

Villa and the equipment. The villa is equipped with luxury amenities, air conditioning, billiard room, large well-equipped kitchen with internal barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet access, satellite TV. Furnishing, composed of local antiques, offers countless corners to relax and enjoy a good book: in the large living room on the ground floor with the old fireplace, in the intimate sitting room on the first floor, or under the beautiful porch, where a duly equipped area offers the opportunity to enjoy outdoor dining. An extra touch, according to our customers, comes from the very friendly welcome of the owners, always careful to make you feel at home. Even your small size four-legged friends are welcome here (extra charge could be required).

Villa set on two levels. GROUND FLOOR: coming down two steps we find, living-dining room with fireplace and sofas, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with washbasin, bidet and wc, small laundry room. Coming down another step, access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the side of the house facing the pool we find a wide porch equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal stone staircase we find a living room with sofa, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
ANNEX: large living room with billiard table and fireplace, bathroom with shower.
