Enjoy with up to 6 persons the very special ambience in our exclusive, quietly situated holiday house with its special and high-quality furnishings.

Location
Our newly renovated 3-sided Frisian farm dating from 1847 is situated on the outskirts of the village of Humptrup, only approx. 3.5 km from Süderlügum with its many shopping facilities (7 days/week). Situated just before Denmark (approx. 2.5 km as the crow flies), you can reach the North Sea with its offshoots to Föhr and Amrum in a good 20 km. From Niebüll (12 km) you can take the car train to Sylt. By car you can also reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Romain in about 55 minutes, the Baltic Sea with its beautiful bathing beaches or Flensburg in about 45 minutes.

Facilities
The approx. 160 sqm holiday home is modern, exclusive and furnished with the charm of a modern country house. Beautiful wooden floorboards in the living room, dining room and some bedrooms create a cosy atmosphere and are complemented by easy-care tiles.

The holiday home has three bedrooms, each equipped with a box-spring bed (2x 180 x 200 and 1x 160 x 200, each with a full-length mattress). The beds are lovingly made on request upon arrival.
2 of the bedrooms are directly connected to a bathroom, whereby one of the bathrooms is additionally accessible from the hallway side.

The holiday home includes a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and large freezer, oven, ceramic hob with 4 cooking plates, extractor bonnet, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle, food processor, microwave, waffle iron, blender and toaster.

The cosy dining room, equipped with a generous table, offers enough space for all the delicacies you have prepared in the kitchen and invites you to enjoy hours of pleasure.

In the living room, you can retreat to the comfortable sofa landscape with the large flat screen (satellite TV) in front of the impressive fireplace to watch an exciting film. In addition, there is a table with 4 comfortable armchairs for playing board games or cards. You can use the telephone free of charge for all calls to German landlines and mobile phones.

A note for our taller guests: as people were smaller in the century before last, we have a beam height of approx. 1.85 m in some parts of the house. One of the doors has a passage height of about 1.70 m. Otherwise, the ceiling height varies between about 1.85 m and 2.10 m.

On the newly created wooden terrace, exclusive garden furniture and loungers made of teak wood with corresponding cushions are available for a relaxing stay in the beautiful, park-like garden. In addition, smaller seating areas are distributed around the 3-sided building, inviting you to linger and capture special moods of the day. For example, enjoy your morning coffee on the small east terrace directly in front of the kitchen. For sunset wine, the beautiful teak bench in front of the rhododendron bushes invites you to let your gaze wander into the wide landscape.

A sauna trolley is available in the garden (sauna use for a fee), so that beautiful wellness days could be on your programme.

The special features
Dogs (max. 2) are welcome in the non-smoking holiday home. The large, overgrown garden (approx. 1800 sqm, the rear area is fenced in) offers you plenty of space to romp and relax. For our little guests you will find a high chair and a step. The Weber ball grill will give you delicious barbecue experiences. We offer our guests free, fast W-LAN with a 50 MBit/s line. In addition, a Sonos music system provides entertainment. Parking is available directly at the house. The house is at ground level, but not barrier-free and unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

An initial supply of bed linen and towels is compulsory with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be added in the optional services.
