The semi-detached bungalow has recently been completely renovated and extended. The living room features a cozy sitting area with a smart TV and doors that open onto the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, and filter coffee machine. One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), and one bedroom with 1 single bed (90 x 200). A new bathroom and an unrenovated bathroom, both with a shower and toilet. Large, sheltered fenced garden with a terrace facing south/southeast. In the garden, there is a lockable shed for storing bicycles.
