From the 2.20 m large dining table with up to 8 seats you can enjoy the unique view of the vineyards and the Moselle loop in the valley. In the cold season, the fireplace provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The large sofa corner invites you to relax or watch TV on the modern 55 inch Smart TV.
From the dining area you also enter the large, private terrace. Equipped with a large and extendable dining table and enough chairs, you can enjoy the unique view and the sun, read a good book, or eat together. A modern gas grill with 3 burners is available for a nice BBQ. Or you can lie down on one of the two deck chairs and use the time to relax!
The high-quality kitchen with modern built-in appliances (induction cooker, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher) is fully equipped. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner - here the preparation becomes a pleasure!
The master bedroom is equipped with a 180cm wide, super comfortable box spring bed. All clothes can be conveniently stored in the large closet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size double bed (140cm wide). The open wardrobe with drawers offers enough space for your cloths.
The master bathroom impresses with a large walk-in shower and private toilet. In addition, a separate guest toilet completes the ground floor.
