Surrounded by a large, fully enclosed garden, the house offers a safe and private outdoor space with a garden set, two sunbeds, and a private barbecue, perfect for enjoying warm summer days. A private parking space is also available for added convenience.
The cozy living room is tastefully furnished and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
